## Boston Article 80 Development Review Dashboard

The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) administers the review process for developments of at least 15 units or 20,000 sq. ft. 

This dashboard of openly-available data visualizes past and ongoing development reviews in Boston. You can also view this in a map format using [Perci Explore](https://explore.perci.app/) alongside other development activity, including zoning appeals and building permits.
